The Pakuranga Athletic Club is situated in Lloyd Elsmore Park, Pakuranga, Auckland, New Zealand. Our clubrooms are accessed from Cascades Road.

We welcome athletes of all ages. Our club started in 1967 and since then many of our members have achieved substantial success competing at local, national and international level. The club is built on a solid foundation of active participation by a large number of members who enjoy and encourage success amongst all age groups.

Test your strength on grassy running courses, with a few muddy spots for real entertainment.

Athletics Auckland X Run is open to all ages and non-registered runners. 

Distances approximately 2-10km.

Three open events are designed to challenge and inspire runners to try something new.

Masters over 35 years run in five year age groups and juniors under 20 years run in two to three year age groups.

Enjoy the freedom of hills, dips and undulating surfaces – discover your wild runner.

Registrations for the 2013-2014 Season can be paid at the Club on Saturday afternoons, or can be printed off and posted to PO Box 51090 Pakuranga 2140.

A new online system will be available in April.

Pakuranga Athletic Club is proud to have two club members represent New Zealand at the London Olympic Games.

Congratulations to Valerie Adams, who won GOLD and defended her Shot Put title with a throw of 20.70m. 

and Ryan Sissons who competed in the Mens Triathon, finishing in 33rd position.

A fantastic effort by both athletes
